Returns Policy

All orders are checked before dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition and I hope that you love your purchase. 

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email claire@taffledthreads.co.uk within 7 days of delivery before returning the order, stating the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Items should be returned to Claire Hunter, Taffled Threads, 11 Woodlea Park, Sauchie, Alloa FK10 3BG within 14 days of purchase using recorded mail.  Refunds will not be given for items that have been worn or used.  Items should be returned unused and with all tags attached.  Items returned outwith the 14 day period will only be accepted if the return has been authorised first.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Refunds will be sent by the payment method.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returned or exchanged items.  Items are considered your property until they arrive with us and we cannot be responsible for any returned items that do not arrive.
