If the item is in stock, I aim to ship all orders within 3 working days.

Items not in stock will be made to order and will be created and delivered in approximately 3-4 weeks. I will email to confirm your order and advise of an approximate delivery date for these items.

Items sent by Royal Mail/Parcelforce 48-hours service include insurance cover for your items in transit and guarantees delivery the day after dispatch, excluding weekends.  A signature will be required upon delivery.

I will email when your order is ready to ship.

During busy periods such as Christmas/New Year delivery may be slightly delayed.

Free delivery for orders over £100.

Orders can also be collected from my studio.  Please contact me to arrange collection.

My shop is currently set up for UK customers only. For overseas orders, please contact me to discuss shipping options.  The customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes.
